 The project involved the application of a highly specialized, liquid-applied sealant from TOPPS USA, a globally recognized brand known for its durability and proven waterproofing attributes. This system provides warrantied performance for 5 years or more, offering Floorworld peace of mind and long-term protection from water damage.

The 65-day project entailed a thorough cleaning and repair process of the roof followed by meticulous treatment of each seam with specialized material.  Finally, the roof was “sealed” with application of a long-lasting elastomeric protective layer across the entire surface.
